Pokémon Cyclone DP. From the outside, it appears as a die. Inside the box is grape-flavored candy tablets, which you put into ramune (soda) and they dissolve, similar to Crystal Light. You need two dice to play. Each person rolls his/her die and performs scoring as indicated on instructions printed inside the box. Win three times and you are victorious.
From what it looks like, it might be a children's drinking game, except instead of sake, it's with ramune. Each player has his/her own ramune with flavored tablets. If you lose the dice game, you take a drink of your ramune.
