    Or in doubles, like the World championships. Due to only 4 Pokemon, Shedinja doesn't have to worry about entry hazards.

    Shedinja can be really fun in UU since it comes in on stuff like Registeel, Slowbro, and Milotic, but sadly OU has too much Fire and too many Rocks for it to be comfortable.

    Yea, that's what I thought. If only Shedinja had more than one HP.

    Not well. It wouldn't do particularly much, and many Pokemon can take it down. Infernape, Heatran, and Azelf have Fire Blast, Aerodactyl has Rock Slide, Machamp has Payback, Mamoswine has Stone Edge, so Metagross is really the only thing you beat. However, Shedinja can't get hazards up, and can't Taunt either, so it won't be doing much other than forcing a switch.

    Hmm... Speaking of leads, I wanted to know how a lead Shedinja would face in the adversity of the current Metagame

    Well Machamp has got the bulk to survive an Azelf Psychic with the right EV's, and can 2HKO with Payback + Bullet Punch to take him out of the picture. Dynamicpunch clears our Mamoswine and Shuca Berry Heatran without a problem, and Hippowdon, Swampert, and Metagross can be hax'd by Dynamicpunch's confusion. Aerodactyl is also conveniently dealt with thanks to Bullet Punch, which will always 2HKO. Infernape can't OHKO with Fire Blast OR Close Combat, and Dynamicpunch + Bullet Punch makes quick work of the Sash'd versions. As you can see, as far as offensive leads go, Machamp is surprisingly capable!
