Yeah Shiny said it was okay actually. I thought only officials could do it, but I was wrong ^^.

So I'm assuming that Refs can make a battle thread, huh...good to know.

I'm pretty sure I don't have jurisdiction to open a battle, but I'm not totally sure. Mostly because Shiny's the only one who ever opens a battle.

Hey Grass are refs allowed to open a battle for challengers, or is that job for ASB officials?
