It actually had the same problem with the Snivy sig too.
I think it might just be the animated sprite smack dab in the middle that's messing it up. o:

Yeah...but did it have this problem with the Snivy Siggy? I made it in pretty much the same way as the Rotom one, though I did move the links...maybe that's what did it? I dunno, but if it keeps having problems, let me know...I'll try and get it fixed, if possible.

Um...I just checked it, and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong. Maybe the image is just broken on your browser or whatnot? But it seems perfectly fine to me. :/

Erm, your sig is broken. The images are separated and not quite connected.
