Crobat, Aerodactyl, Gyarados and Tyranitar are OU. However, the main problem is that they have common weaknesses; Crobat and Gyarados are weak to Electric, Tyranitar and Aerodactyl are weak to Water, etc. You need to make a team which consists of Pokémon that cover each other's weaknesses.

my team that i used against you was Charizard, Crobat, Aerodactyl, Electrode, Gyarados, and Tyranitar lol

Oh, so you don't really know much about competitive battling? Check out this link to learn more about it. Basically, Pokémon are separated into tiers depending on their usage and power. OverUsed (OU) is the standard tier of the metagame which most people play; UnderUsed (UU) is composed of Pokémon which are not powerful enough to compete in OU; NeverUsed (NU) consists of extremely weak Pokémon; and Ubers is the tier which includes legendaries like Kyogre and Dialga.

Charizard is NU because Stealth Rock, which is very common, removes half of its health upon switching in. This makes it easier to be killed. I can't really remember your team, but I remember seeing an Electrode, which is also NU (mainly because it is very frail). Generally speaking, it is recommended to consist your team of only OU Pokémon (initially) so that you focus on learning the basics.

Charizard the only pokemon i should take out? i use the pokemon i have because of their speed, i have other pokemon trained for attack, and special attack, but i mainly train for speed..
and whats the UU OU or NU??

My only comment would be to take out Pokémon, such as Charizard, from your team because they're useless and weak. While some UU Pokémon are still usable in OU, almost all NU Pokémon do not stand a chance.

Anyways, there's no need to feel bad about what happened. You can take this as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and work on perfecting your team =]

Maybe he just didn't notice them, or maybe because he's currently busy.
