    That would be sweet!

Nice find! The only Doom I've played was on the SNES. :3

Oh god, Streets of Rage with a joystick? That would kick major arse. I too need a joystick for my Genesis. With it, I could see what it's like to deliver a shoryuken, arcade-style.

I agree with you on Doom. In fact, I found The Ultimate Doom not to long ago for $1.25, and it plays nicely on my IBM ThinkPad under Windows 98. I am, however, having some trouble finding some good mods for Doom. X3

Doom is a pretty good shoot-em-up game. I'd like to get a joystick for the Genesis. Imagine playing Streets of Rage with a joystick.

I need to find Street Fighter for my Super NES... that and some more shoot-em-ups. Super R-Type and Star Fox are fun with the Super Advantage, don't get me wrong, but I really should expand on my shoot-em-up collection.

Nice find on the joystick. That'll come in handy when playing fighting games like Street Fighter. I have the NES Advantage.

As you can see from the cover of my Video Game Collection photo album, I'm the proud owner of an ASCIIWare Super Advantage joystick for the Super NES. I certainly think it makes Super R-Type easier to play, and I hope to have a Super NES controller adapter to use it with by December. We'll see how my finances go. :3

Whats up? I got an Xbox 360 for free. My friend gave it to me after he bought the new Xbox 360 S (the redesigned model). It comes with: power supply, hybrid composite and component cable, 20 GB hardrive, and one wireless controller. It's the Xbox 360 Premium (20 GB, no HDMI). I don't own any 360 games yet but I'm currently borrowing some of his games.

Nice find! The HD model 1's are considered to be the best versions of the Genesis. The worst version is the model 3, imo.

I hope to get a Virtual Boy soon. They're a little hard to find, especially for a good price.

Oh, I'm loving the N64 thus far. It's just awesome. :3
And speaking of awesome, I'm sure you already know that I finally found a Sega Genesis like the one I used to have: the good old Model 1 with High Definition Graphics. :3

At first, I had just Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mario Kart and Super Mario 64. But now, I also have Jet Force Gemini.

As for your recommendations, a private message containing the list would suffice. It just cuts down on occupied visitor message space that way. :3

Got any suggestions for good Nintendo 64 titles? I just recently bought a Jungle Green N64 with four games, and I'd like to know what you would recommend. :3

I'll check those games out. I want to get either a PS3 or 360. Too bad I don't have enough for either.

R-Type's a pretty fun shmup, if that's what you're into. Commando is pretty cool, as well. I only know about these, 'cuz my friend has them for his C64, but I mainly just write basic programs on it (pun intended), and sometimes I get the C64 to loop endlessly, to where I have to hit the power switch to get it to stop. X3

I know. Probably because the floppy drive has a metal casing? I know the C64 casing is plastic. I can't wait to get some games for it. It also has cart games too.

Happy Easter, even though I'm a day late in saying it. X3
Wow, I never expected the C64 floppy drive to be heavier than the actual computer. That's pretty crazy.

    Happy Easter!

That okay. I've done the same too.

Commodore 64 is fun. BTW, I got one yesterday. It's fun. =D All I need is a floppy drive and games and I'll be all set. Did you know that the floppy drive for the C64 weighs more than the system itself?

Yeah, me asking what DRE stood for... that was a derpy question on my behalf. X3

Oh god, I'd give either two of my NES's or PS1's for a Commodore 64, if not for the awesome games, then for use as a SID-based synthesizer. SID music is the stuff. :3

I know that feeling of school and work. I wish I was a kid again. D:

Disc read error ^^ I wish I had a Commodore 64. Those are still fun to use.

Knock on wood, I have yet to have problems with the Wii or PS2. Then again, I really don't use them much, no thanks to being at college... -_-'

I apologize for sounding like a noob, but what does DRE stand for?

Nice! My PC laptop has HDMI so I sometimes I connect it to my TV to watch movies, and video games. Right now I'm playing Portal and CoD: Modern Warfare on the PC.

Well I have a Wii so I'm not really concerned about the digital video output, but I'll definitely keep that in mind.

Have you ever had a problem with your Wii or PS2? My PS2 phat is suffering from DRE.

After plonking about $300 on a new iPhone, I'm probably not going to get a 3DS anytime soon, although I would eventually like to have one. As for the iBook, it works pretty well for a 12-year-old computer. I really like how I can use a specific headphone-to-RCA cable to output video to my TV, which is nice for most of the classic games I play on the iBook, especially some of the first-person shooters I have.

In terms of the GameCube, I would strongly recommend getting one marked "DOL-001" for the model number. It's the one that has both digital and analog video outputs, and it seems they are of better quality than the later analog-only units.

Nice collection! Are you gonna get a 3DS soon? I need to get a GameCube.

How's the Apple iBook? I heard Apple makes nice stuff.
