    ^The guy in this video is using Anime Studio Pro. It costs money, but I believe they have free demos available.
    Basically, you take a image of several layers, (Like you've got an arm on one, another one on layer two, etc. etc.)
    And you assign 'bones' to these layers. Basically, you just move the bones around and the different parts of the image move to. I think it looks good for sprites, but not on actual 2D anime cartoons. (Frame by frame animation is SO much better for that)

    Oh it is ok, I know this type of animation is WAY harder and believe me I did it before.

    I don't know if you ever tried this, I was wondering if you could animated my self sprite.

    Pokemon used: Zekrom, Paikia (Feet), Haxorus (Tail), Charizard (Wings), Infernape (Fire Mohawk), and Raichu (Ears). Thanks Silver and if you can't it, Thanks anyways.

    Awesome Animation Sprite, I happened to be starting them myself with Animating Fusions.
