hi shiny.on the anime style battling i have a battle with roxas and we have both posted our moves but no one has refed it.do you mind checking it?

A Pokemon can use ANY move it's capable of learning.
So, yes. It can use a TM move.

can i ask you something for the anime style battling?can a pokemon use an attack that is learning only from tm?(eg can pikachu use hidden power in a battle?pikachu learns hidden power only by using the tm)
