It's picked up quite a bit in terms of activity (mostly because of Animal Crossing New Leaf ). A lot of familiar faces are returning as well.

I put up a poll of which week(s) people would be available. Currently, it's going to be held in two weeks- and if that's the case, the sign up thread will be next week. I wanted to make this tournament flexible for everyone and not limit it to a single week or day.

The selection for the PotW is completely random. I use a Random Number Generator from 1-649 to determine what it will be. Swampert is difficult to use nowadays, but you can always learn how to counter it if you ever see one.

I'm pretty sure competitive teams will be allowed for the E4, but everything will be made fair for the Gyms.

Yeah it might be similar. I might suggest that all Elite 4 members don't need to be in control of a single type, but can use their competitive team. This option should be better suited for the champion though...
