I agree, but it is a part of a hack of B/W that I'm doing that lets you play as Red, and in order for it to insert into the Rom properly, it could only have 16 different colors. I had to prioritize. :/

I made it. I used N's portrait from B/W as a base, though.

There are a lot of different japanese festivals in general. Some are just for some special, local occasions, and some are for traditions that have been upheld for a long time. New Years is one, too. Etc. People eat yummy food, play games, and watch fireworks if there's a display.

Right, I should probably explain that Arbok. I was using a picture of a King cobra to reference the colors, and one thing about the King Cobra is that every 4th or 5th striation on its underside was colored a dark green, and I thought that would be a cool effect.
