Not all of the Badges are excatly 32x32 but they are in 32x32 frames. My old Leaf Badge was like a 17x32 image in a 32x32 frame. Elaine's is a 29x28 Badge in a 32x32 frame which is still alright.

It is the same size as all the other badges; 32x32.

Just read through it, I don't have any problems with it (I don't see why Cat and Chibi are so focused on ridding the GL of it's competitive side - in my opinion that's what makes it more fun and interesting)

Psssst if possible could you head on the Smogon server of PO for an ultra quick test battle? It won't even be a true battle, I just want to test a strategy on one Pokemon and see if it works how I think it should.
