In all honestly, your sprites aren't great, but they're not bad either. With some good practice anddedication, you'll succeed and make them better.
Don't worry about how bad they are. No beginning spriter starts out with excellent skills.

Just search on Google for Sprite Sheets and copy and save them to Paint. That is how I do it.

It makes a difference HB64. It is really easy to recolor Pokemon, actually way easier than Hue, Sturation, and all of that other stuff. Watch some tutorials on YouTube.

I can do the Shiny Sprites myself because they are easy, all I have to do is recolor them when I finish the original. Ok on the battle, I will start my DS up.

I have done did all of th Shiny Sprites for all the Overworlds I did. Dont you see them? They are the 2nd picture of that Pokemon.

Well, you do know there are other free image editing programs you can use to sprite.

They have Paint.NET, GIMP, and MS Paint. All of them are free to download.

To be honest.
I'm not really fond of them. They look like you just entered some numbers in and then pressed a button, and then BOOM. Your sprite.

If you wanna get better, I suggest reading some online spriting tutorials.

This one helped me a lot when I first started out spriting.
