How fast can you type?
 

I got bored enough to try this and think of a thread. I usually only hit 80 to 85 WPM, but apparently my fingers were on fire today or something.

At any rate, they were afterwards :x

I'm not that fast when it comes to typing.

I think this site is a little off, probably because it fails to test for proper sentences, with very few symbols and capital letters. (I only saw "it's" and "America".)

Want one that tests proper sentences (more like a paragraph though)? And as a bonus, wanna race other people while you do it?

Decent considering I am tired and I don't want to go too nuts on my mechanical keyboard with everyone else in the house asleep.

I forgot to save my results before I left the page, but I got 71 WPM with only one mistake in 340 keystrokes.

According to the link posted by TurtwigX 61 WPM but I really hate typing on a laptop, I do better on a desktop keyboard and also not that good at typing fast in English specially because of the apostrophe (') I can never seem to find that thing on my keyboard and it takes my time away xD

I tried this just now on a phone. Not going to bother to grab a screenshot, but I scored an amazing 19 wpm with 12/108 incorrect keystrokes, 18 correct words and 2 wrong words. Which is apparently better than 14.2% of all users.

That wouldn't have passed my third-grade typing tests : P

I took test but i could find option to share it. Mine is average though 60.
