To use the codes, follow these instructions:

1. Login at Pokémon Global Link. If you do not have an account, you'll need to register for one and link your game.

2. Click the orange キャンペーン一覧 (Campaign List) button.

3. You'll be presented with a list of active campaigns. Choose one.

3. After choosing one, locate the box at the bottom where you can input the code. Enter it and click the つぎへ (Next) button. If you get a loading box with a percentage, you entered the correct code. If you get an error message, you did not.

Note: some of them use serial numbers from real products that require purchase; therefore, their codes vary by user. The image here is for the Official Adventure Clear Guide, the Japanese strategy guide. The screens for the other codes work in the same way.

4. Afterwards, click the red カスタマイズ (Customize) ball.

5. On this screen, you can apply the C-Gear wallpapers, Pokédex style, and Pokémon Musical show.

6. Click あなたのソフトをカスタマイズする (Customize your software) to finalize your choices.

7. Your selections from step 6 will change and your Pokémon will be downloaded to High Link the next time you synchronize your game.

No, those are serial numbers. Those codes can be found buy purchasing various products and entering their codes (unique to each person) on the form.

Thanks for these, Cat! I already had the Croagunk and Pikachu C-Gear codes, and since I entered the voting I didn't need a password for Arceus. I didn't have the Choroneko skin, though, so thanks for posting that!

For the English passwords, do we follow the same instructions as the one in the Japanese screen shots you used? (as of my post the global link's under maintenance)

The Japanese one looks the same as the current English one, as they redid the whole site before the English release, but yeah, look for a Campaign button in the bottom-right corner, to the right of the Dream World an Global Battle Union links.

The mincino c-gear code is PGLWELCOME

For those of you with the English versions of Pokemon Black or Pokemon White, and you have access to the English Pokemon Global Link, you can get your Croagunk C-Gear Skin! The password is NPCGEAR. This C-Gear skin adds on to the current list of Pokemon C-Gear Skins that you can get for you C-Gear!

Are you only listing c-gear passwords here?
If not, Banette's password is NPCHARACTER and the carnival show is NPMUSICAL.

I'd like to add something to all of these passwords:

Many of the C-Gear skins are region-restricted. Some other are timed region-restricted, varying from months to within 1 day. Keep in mind of that - if it doesn't show up, it means that the skin is not available in your region.

This also applies for musical shows and the like.

It is possible to receive European-exclusive C-Gear skins and event Pokémon even though you're in the USA.

All you have to do is tell the Global Link you live in United Kingdom when you make your account and you'll be on the European Global Link.

I got the Mamoswine and the Venusaur/Charizard C-Gear skins now. :)

I have updated the list with the newest codes and moved the old Japanese codes to the spoiler.

This is a reminder to everyone to pick up your Summer Deerling before it's too late!

The password for the Victini C-Gear skin is VICTINI2011 - it's now available for worldwide except Japan (already had it earlier) and Europe (for now).

For those who are connected to the European Global Link, the Blastoise C-Gear skin is now up for download.

The password is EUPGL112011

For the Croagunk event the passcode is IGNRuggedMountain

As for European codes, should I add them to the list? I don't have a European game and can't get the information.

Why not?
Everytime there's a new European Global Link event available, the information is instantly available on Serebii.

Besides, you may not have an European game, but many others here probably do.
(Not counting the fact that it is possible to be connected to the European Global Link with an US game.)

I think we should just make the list at the first post be in this order:

International (Available everywhere, except for maybe one or two countries or regions)
North America-only
Europe-only
Japan-only
Korea-only
Specific countries

The Winter Deerling C-Gear wallpaper and Winter Décor in the Dream World codes have been added. Get 'em while they're hot!

The code for the Mamoswine with Thick Fat is POKEMONDOTCOM, and it is available for Australia, New Zealand, Asia (except Japan and Korea) and America.

When you're logged in, click on the "Promotions" Button; the one with the orange smiley faces on it. It'll show you a list of the active promotions. Click on the one you want, and it'll have a description of that promotion, along with a text box at the bottom. Enter the code into the box, and there you go.

Damnit! I wanted to get that Lucario. Is there anybody who bought the games who DOESN'T want their code?

It sucks when they do this crap too us ha, i mean they require you to buy something you might ready have just to get a lousy password that will probaly be unique.

Sorry for being late about this, but it's out: The Global Link Arceus that won the poll is now available via Global Link - just use the password ARCEUSVOTE. It's available worldwide except for Japan and Korea.

I got the acreus, Now i finlly got one thats with own OT name instead a event OT name.

I have to agree with some other people who've already posted, people like us might already have White and/or Black Version. I won't be able to go to Target nor rack up funds to buy Black Version for a while. So it's important that someone get us the code for the Lucario before no one else here can get the special Lucario without hacks or Action Replay! Please, can someone post the code here so Cat can add it to the list of Global Link codes before someone cries about it? I'm actually looking forward to nabbing him myself is why I ask. Please and thanks, you'll do more than please me if you add the event code before it expires.

And I live in the USA if it matters, and again I repeat I already have White Version with a Global Link Account. Tonight I'll be grabbing that Arceus, thanks for that code, guys. :3

It works outside of Europe, specifically for all English-language games to my knowledge. I myself was able to use it to download the Lucario. The other passwords are:

When do you think that the US c-gear skin for the pokemon 2012 VGC comes with the password? I know others have it but i yet to see one for the USA.

I think the codes in the strategy guides are one-time use. You can post one if you'd like, but I expect it will not be usable by anyone except the first to use it (likely you).

The problem: The Gothorita code is reusable.

I can't believe how much I missed, finally got myself a copy of White 2. You got the code for the February dolls in the Dream World before this month ends, Cat?

Hey, thanks for letting me know! I've added the new code to the list. I usually check it once a month, but it's better to get them up as soon as they arrive.

A reminder to everyone: the Bianca Pokédex skin ends in a few days, so get it now!

I think I'll give one last bump to this thread before I let it fade into obsolescence.

Remember to choose wisely which C-Gear and Musical you wish to keep in Pokémon BW/B2W2. Once the Global Link shuts down for Gen V, you will not be able to change them.

Also, don't forget to send all your berries (and other items) to your games! It is difficult to get more of the rarer ones (albeit most of them are worthless because they cannot be transferred forward to Gen VI). I think you can only transfer 20 different items per day.
