Remember when Battling on VR was a thing?
 

Between Lunacy battles, the Gym League, and even battling for fun, Victory Road always brought new people and challenges! Where did all of that go? I miss it :(

Dude once the summer hits VR will be rocken and more active, im guessing people got a few weeks left of school and tests are affecting there time to play

I hope so. Most colleges are out; high schools aren't though. I am trying to come up with ideas for some cool tournaments. Feel free to throw in any suggestions.

I could come up with a tournament idea, but im not good at hosting them. (Actully i never hosted a tourny)

Shoot me ideas and I would be willing to help.

Could a water pokemon only tournament be cool to do? I was into this idea after watching the orange islands season of the anime. But im not sure if lanturn be banned as it will beat most of water types with its electric typing.

That would be cool! we wouldnt have to ban Lanturn! Rotom-W is better, and swampert, quagsire, and seismitoad all check it hard.

You know, The community may not be nearly as large as it used to be, but I think That's what makes it great. because, now we know that the people who are still here are the ones dedicated to making VR great. People like Kakashidragon, whom I believe been here since day 1, and many others. Even newer members who stayed here for more than just one day. Sometimes having a huge community doesn't mean it's particularly a great community. I would know. I've been to MANY fourms since Pokémon D/P, and I have to say, VR is the only community that shows a compassion that is quite uncanny compared to sites that are huge like Gaia. Everyone knows each other here, so in a sense we're a family. I... wish I was able to support VR more... I know I made clans, but....
