PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond

This game brand new is currently close to $90, and used prices range anywhere from $30 to $60. Even Amazon prices are through the roof. Barely any GameStops have it in stock, and if they do it's $45 for a used copy. What gives? I thought this wasn't that popular of a title.
