Ooh, I don't know if my request will be too much, but here goes.

Description: Something with a text heart, <3 in the middle, waving, then a Luxray sprite walks out and once she gets to the heart, she stops and looks at it. Then an Espeon sprite walks up to it, and stands next to the Luxray and then a little text pops out from the two of their sides(EX: http://i51.tinypic.com/2djs5dj.png) reading, *purr* on either side of them. Then it fades to white.

Text/Font: Uh, for the *purr*, maybe something cute looking. x3
Background Color (if it's not an image): Uh, make the background a gradient, from the far edges white, fading into a soft pink.
Size: As big as you need.

Number of frames: As many as you need to make the luxray and espeon walk naturally. Also, make the *purr* either appear fast or slow, maybe make it bounce up and down slowly if you're bored enough to want to make enough frames for it.

A warning to everyone: Whatever you do, do not ask for a gradient when working with a GIF.

Speaking of the gradient, GIMP decided that the "Square" gradient must be a perfect square and will not work with a rectangle, like this.

And 53 KB is quite small for 64 frames.

Size: around the size of my current signiture ( that I have up not the one you made for me. Thanks for that by the way! :P), maybe a little bigger than that if you need room.

Number of frames: whatever it takes to to make them spin....
What to be animated: Jirachi's, and shooting stars.

Not animated but still cool. Thought the "Lover of the Munna" part (that you used to have in your sig) made it look better and filled in extra space. You also had a very loose request, and that's when I start filling things in how I want. :p

That was actually one of the easiest I've done so far. Only gimmicks I had to think of were the font and the gradient (everything looks better with a gradient :P)

I believe that would be your third request. :P I'll get to it tomorrow.

Thanks alot it's awesome, but could you possibly make the purple darker?

A little problem with that... GIMP decided that the shade of purple is the darkest I can make it without it being almost black (because it's a GIF), and if I try, it turns the dark yellow of the Jirachis.

Make Bellosum on the left about a quarter of the way just standing there as if it was in HG/SS moving in place, and shiny Jirachi on the rightwalk over and make a speech bubble that says I GRANT WISHES *****!!(not to big just enough to fit the words)then after that make a comic book styled SMACK! and make Bellossum slam backwards.Also could you add some falling red leaves all over notalot but some.

The Starters Siholutte banner but with Tsutarja, Pokabu, and Mijumaru sprite where the silhoutte if you don't mind I need it by Sunday night.

MY SHOP IS NOW CLOSED. I have way too much stuff to do as of recently (school, VR, constantly playing Mega Man X, etc.), and I just don't have the time to make signatures.
