I prefer a special Pokemon because those Jirachi are rare. I'm not a huge fan of the Pokemon you're giving it may be good but it isn't something I would like on my team.

Jolly Mewtwo are excellent as support Pokemon in the Uber metagame. I will be honest, though, when I say that the only use for a Jolly Mewtwo is for its superb supporting, and not for its sweeping.
