Zygarde's New Form?

The first image of July's CoroCoro has been leaked, and it revealed an image from the 19th Pokémon movie. This image came from a trailer of the 19th Pokémon movie that aired after Hoopa & The Clash of Ages. This shows a silhouette of what looks like a new form for Zygarde. It is not confirmed to be Zygarde's new form, but it is possible.

I was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hoping this wasn't going to happen. Idk, I don't like these "new forms," for the same reason I don't like Megas, which is that they rub me as being firstly a marketing ploy and secondly a game mechanic. "HEY LOOK GUYS, IT GOT BIGGER AND SCARIER AND IT LOOKS LIKE WE TOOK ITS SKELETAL ANIMATION APART AND PUT IT TOGETHER ALL WRONG, BUY OUR STUFF!"
Also if this is actually a thing, you have to all the way back to Gen 2 now to find a generation where they left all of the version mascots alone . . . . and oh yeah, it also happens to be the only generation where they left all the version mascots alone. Probably shouldn't say that too loudly, though :P |
I find it to be inexplicably cool, to be honest. It seems imposing enough to get my attention. Still not commenting since it's not fully revealed. (Though, out there, they're saying that it's probably a naga-like.)

For now, I am going to call this form Zygarde's Tormentor Form. (Let's see if anyone here gets the reference.)

Power Creep: the gradual unbalancing of a game due to successive releases of new content.[1] The phenomenon may be caused by a number of different factors and, in extreme cases, can be damaging to the longevity of the game in which it takes place.
Yes, Wikipedia actually has a page on that. No doubt authored by a longtime Pokémon fan. Aaaaaanyway. Good old theories. Never matters if they have a grain of truth in them, always fun to think of. I stopped following Pokémon spoilers (mostly) a while ago now because it's way more fun to be surprised when the actual games happen, but still, interesting.
late-at-night bad ideas
edit The fact that the God Stone existed since at least 2010 I'm guessing they've been wanting to do this since before I was even a Pokémon fan, but either didn't have the time to do it or the DS wasn't powerful to do what they wanted to do with it. And like (I think) I said a while ago I do want to see Pokémon acknowledging the existence of the other games without using silly "things might have happened in a galaxy far far away" references. |
U also got that strange pokemon thingy that also appears to. Serebii has pictures of what people think it looks like after they seen the movie.

I'm interested on how Zygarde is a dog at 10% and a snake at 50% and a titan-looking thing at Perfect Form. I'm really looking forward to see how this all turns out! |
Transformers, more than meets the eye!
|
I look forward to having cute Zygarde and cool Zygarde. :)
|
Lets hope that 10% zyguard is usable if we get a new game
