The default "Aurora" background looks boring after a while. This is fan-art made by a dude on deviantArt. The guy made it for metroidmetal and Stemage for his site banner, and he put up download links for desktop wallpaper use.

...and new toys... I mean programs. (not pictured) MaComfort is a nice app that adds the Mac keyboard short cuts to windows... such as volume up and down via the F keys (F5, F4, etc), and the Pause button ejects CD tray. Also on here is the program called Object Dock. (seen in left side of image.)

I actually got this on when my dad needed to borrow my laptop to test out a new HDMI cable with a laptop (his laptop had what seemed like an old HDMI output), and I had a 1366x768 wallpaper on a computer connected to a 1920x1080 resolution HDTV. So I changed it to the highest resolution image on my computer; that wallpaper. When I disconnected it I decided that I liked that wallpaper.

Gurren Lagann is the only anime besides FLCL that I would watch over and over again despite already seeing it ten ****ing times. In lieu of this, I screenshotted one of the intermission cards that appeared in one of the episodes and made it my wallpaper:

Skin would be BlueVision V0.2 Alpha for Rainmeter. It's pretty awesome. As I may or may not have said, seeing eight cores at almost no load when idling, and maybe only 30% load throughout when active on something that would bring my Mac up to 100%.

For the record, I have 195 wallpapers rotating on my laptop, and what used to be a Windows 7 partition is now dedicated for Mac OS X Lion beta testing. I was also fooling around with the menubar, and given my admiration for dark themes, I'm pretty happy about what I've made. It looks nais. For those who are interested, the custom battery and CPU graph is courtesy of iStat Menus.

Actually it also makes it very messy. I prefer to keep shortcuts to my pictures right there. plus I think if you have the constant stuff there it'll make your computer a bit slower, but that's me and my beliefs of clutter on the desktop thing.
