It is easy. You see that paper clip when you are on advanced? To go to advance, click the button adjacent to post quick reply. Well the paper clip (or attachments button) is next to the smileys and the arrow pointing left. It brings you to a window that is where you upload your image. Once uploaded the. Click the paper clip again and select the file. It is easy :)

You actually got the Swalot/Gulpin recolour mixed up, but I like it, so whatever! The wings on the Dratini seem a little weird, but I like it too. Not bad work!
