Just don't look up fanart on dA. Fangirls who read Homestuck tend to get into a lot of crack slash pairings |
I started reading this a couple nights ago. I'm hooked. Act 1 is my favorite part so far, for it is a great start with some mundane silliness, particularly with the sylladex frustration and all. and cakes flying out the window. Coinicidentally I started reading the day before I had an exam on data structures, which is the motif of the sylladexes (stack, queue, binary tree, hash table, etc.). I'm on act 3 at the moment.
Yeah, it's a bump. deal with it |
It's funny. I went to lunch with a couple people from my Japanese class and they started talking about it, and I see it a thread here. I must've forgotten this was here. I'm starting to read it right now.

I put it on hold about 2 months ago. When I got into it, it was already at act 5 and I read through ALL of it in about 2 weeks. I got so used to the pace that it really annoyed me when I had to do with only 1-3 pages a day so I'm letting it build up again.
I love it. It's so random, colorful, and it decides to inspire its myths, magic and symbols from everyday urban culture, in a manner I haven't seen since TWEWY. |
This comic was not able to hold my interest.

I can't believe it's finally nearing a conclusion! I started reading it over a year ago and it's been one of my favorite things since. The format is super interesting, especially when he changes the layout of the site for special segments, the music is really catchy, and while the art is (intentionally) kinda rushed, it still comes out looking great in parts. I highly recommend y'all check it out. :)
