Welcome Challenger,

You may challenge me and my Ice team for the Frost Bite badge here. The rules are simple; if you defeat me in a single battle you will receive the Frost Bite badge as well as a prize. I must warn however, it will be no easy challenge to defeat me in my icy wind when constantly being pelted by hail.

Whatever the outcome from our battle it would be kind to keep my team and tactics to yourself, I feel if you inform others of my team it ruins the surprise and fun of the game. This of course works both ways, so I will not mention any of your battling techniques. Please read the rules, don't assume they are the exact same for each gym leader.

Other than that get training and planning as this won’t be an easy challenge.
Below you will find my standard rules.

Battles will be conducted on ether:

Gen 4 Wifi OU Battle or
Gen 5 Pokemon (DISALLOWED) OU Battle

Before abiding my rules, I must refer you to the forum rules: http://victoryroad.net/showthread.php?t=110



RULE CHANGE: : I only have to represent 2 Ice Pokemon in my team instead of 3. This is due to the recent metagame change.



•	6 v 6 - Level 100 Single Battle - Gen 4 Wifi OU Battle or

Gen 5 Pokemon (DISALLOWED) OU Battle.



•	No Ubers are to be use. Smogon rules.



•	The Sleep Clause

A person cannot make 2 Pokémon fall asleep in his opponent's team at the same time. 

Sleeping being caused by Effect Spore or Rest are dis-considered from Sleep Clause.



•	The Species Clause

You cannot have 2 similar Pokémon in your team. Example: You cannot have 2 Starmies in your team.



•	The Evasion Clause

Moves that increase evasion cannot be used, including Acupressure.



•	OHKO Clause

OHKO Moves are strictly not allowed. They are Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure and Sheer Cold.

I´ll be able to battle between 3-6 pm British Summer Time, from May 24th to 26th. I prefer battling from DS-systems,
but Pokémon Battle Revolution is also fine.:smile:

Please pardon my asking, but what is Pokemon (DISALLOWED)? What's the difference between that and a normal Wi-Fi battle? The differnce is pretty simple, Pokemon (DISALLOWED) is an application you can download off the internet, it allows you to input Pokemon's stats and information and then compete against other online users. It can be broken up into tiers and gens to make it fair.

Wifi Battle is actually on the game, we exchange 'Friend Codes' and then battle over DS system/s. You need a wireless internet connection.

Pokemon (DISALLOWED) is useful for testing Pokemon teams, it's also pretty easy to find a game on there, which can be difficult over DS systems. Many use Pokemon (DISALLOWED) because they don't have the Pokemon trained in the game, most probably don't get round to it.

I apologise if you knew about wifi battles but i thought i would just make sure, as well as provide the information for other users. If you have any more questions just PM me.

[UPDATE]: I have been given permission to have a slight rule change for my gym.

Gym leaders are required to have three Pokemon of the type they are representing, however due to the latest metagame changes I will only have to use two. I'm sure you're all aware that Ice Pokemon have taken an even bigger drop with this gen.
