Whoever made that game is a genius.

I remember playing this game and always wondering what this specific track in it is from.

I finally figured it out: the Rayquaza battle and ending (not the credits) theme to Pokémon Mystery Dunegon: Red/Blue Rescue Team.

My friend was playing this the other day at his house. It's pretty cool, and it shows a more "realistic" perspective of Pokemon battles.
I still got pwned by a Gardevoir though. >< I'm not the best at fighters...

This looks awesome, but just how do you open RAR files? :S

7zip is your friend to extract the contents of an RAR. After extracting the RAR, you can then run the game.

The artist/creator's name is Soara. I do not believe this version is the newest. Their personal art page is PokeSho and are a fairly popular Pokemon fan artist. The official page for Type: Wild is here.

Soara is adding new characters to the game such as Lopunny. Here are a couple of works in progress.

And just one more question, could someone tell me all the attack commands Combusken has or lead me to a site that has every Pokemon's attacks or something? I can't understand the in-game text as far as attack commands go (Plus my inexperience to fighter games doesn't really help much), so I'm not sure how to use those fancy fire attacks, just basic punches and kicks. :P Never mind, I found a picture in the folder with every Pokemon's moves in it that could help with this.

Other than that this game's pretty awesome.

Oh, but there IS a pokemon game like this already! It's called super smash bros. o3x Yeh I know. This is what I originally thought Pokemon'd be like when I wanted to buy the GB game. Looking back now seeing how pokemon got me into RPGs, I'm not regretting it.
