Quick question about this. If we limited it to just one specific tool [in this case the Diamond Axe] would that be more reasonable? Currently there's no real reason to use a diamond axe over an iron...

ChopTree is a simple plugin, that let Trees act like cacti.
This plugin is originally coded by askmeaboutlo0m. I only updated it for the newest Craftbukkit build and removed some errors.
