Ice Beam~Hail
Nitrogen felt crushed under the weight of this obese statue. As Robo pulled himself up, he moved out from under him as fast as he could, to prevent him from getting crushed once more.
Nitrogen then started absorbing cold water from the air, into his mouth. His breath instantly froze the water, creating an orb of ice near his mouth. Nitrogen then shout out a beam of ice from his mouth. This beam hit Robo, causing ice to instantly form on him. Eventually, the ice covered more and more of his body, causing him to stop moving.
He was frozen solid!

Robo stood there on the icy floor, frozen solid. He was a giant ice cube now, and there was nothing he could do. He tried to move his body, but every move he made caused more ice to form, and for him to grow colder.
Robo was unable to move.

Nitrogen saw this as his chance to set up some more problems for the weak Groound type. He flew up into the sky, looking for clouds. He entered a large, cray cloud in the sky.
His very presence here was incredible. He was already freezing the cloud, causing all the rain droplets in it to turn into ice. He blew his cold breath, freezing adjacent clouds and their rain.
Once he froze them all, he flew back down and let them do their work. The clouds let out a large rumble. Soon ice was starting to fall from the sky. The hail varied in size, from ones the size of a small pebble, to one as huge as a baseball that landed in the beach water.

Robo watched from his frozen barrier as the hail fell. He just stood there watching as hail hit his frozen body, creating cracks in it.
He knew that with his combined strength and the ice becoming brittle from the hail, he could eventually break out.
He tried moving again, this time it was easier, but his efforts proved to be worthless.
No matter how hard he tried, he was still frozen.
