Yep, they're all in order. I've attached my spreadsheet if you're curious what that order is. It's 1 - 721, with the forms in place alongside each other.

As I play through Sun, I'll attempt to acquire what I can from Gen VII, then I'll work on it full bore after completing the story (and possibly post-game), including transferring in the Living Pokédex briefly.
As for the Alola forms, they'll definitely be added too, which will necessitate moving stuff forward. It shouldn't be as tedious as it sounds, but I hope it's a multiple of six, preferably exactly 30.
