Nope, you got it in 2009.
November 21, 2010 is the date Freeze transferred it to VictoryBattles. The original system had no dates in the database, although given your pet's ID (-4), it was one of the first adopted. (For those who don't know or remember, the ID numbers for the original system were simply made negative to allow compatibility with the existing VB pets.)
