That might be a bug in vBulletin 3.8.11. It's still in beta. At first I was thinking it was because of the HTTPS, but that's not the case.

Hmm, there is another thing you can do. Click the Browse button and paste the URL in there. In Windows, the built-in API will download the file and then upload it.

Also, the Pokékaki is at least working enough for viewing existing art. I don't know if I care enough to fix some of the other pages.
