To use the codes, follow these instructions:
1. Login at
Pokémon Global Link. If you do not have an account, you'll need to register for one and link your game.
2. Click the orange キャンペーン一覧 (Campaign List) button.
3. You'll be presented with a list of active campaigns. Choose one.
3. After choosing one, locate the box at the bottom where you can input the code. Enter it and click the つぎへ (Next) button. If you get a loading box with a percentage, you entered the correct code. If you get an error message, you did not.
Note: some of them use serial numbers from real products that require purchase; therefore, their codes vary by user. The image here is for the
Official Adventure Clear Guide, the Japanese strategy guide. The screens for the other codes work in the same way.
4. Afterwards, click the red カスタマイズ (Customize) ball.
5. On this screen, you can apply the C-Gear wallpapers, Pokédex style, and Pokémon Musical show.
6. Click あなたのソフトをカスタマイズする (Customize your software) to finalize your choices.
7. Your selections from step 6 will change and your Pokémon will be downloaded to High Link the next time you synchronize your game.
