It's set to run once a week through December 23rd, so we're looking at 16 episodes total.
So far I'm loving it. The action sequences are really well-animated (although The Chase is sorely lacking in them), I'm loving the new Pikachu design (it actually looks like a rodent now), and I love how they seem really adamant to ditch the Pokémon-speak in favor of animal noises, given that they've been doing that in all of the spin-off stuff.
Gonna be honest though; doesn't seem to be the best written thing. So much telling without showing...
