Question on the rules
I know we're not allowed to discuss ROMs, but technically emulators are legal, so are we allowed to discuss those?
Yeah... that's really all I have to say about that.

Well I believe you can discuses them and even the games themselves, but saying download the ROM or bios for the emulator is bad. That is considered piracy; however if you just happened to have dumped the rom from the cartage you owned that is perfectly legal because you making a backup.
