My location is based on Cave Story(at least the Wii version), it is an area that is extremely hard to beat and contains no save or heal points.
Nobody's ever asked me where the name came from, or mentioned that they knew where it came from, which gives me a sad because Cave Story is awesome. |

On average, a child uses 730 crayons by their 10th birthday.
The Guinness Book of World Records itself holds a world record, as the best-selling copyrighted series. It was created by Sir Hugh Beaver, then the managing director of the Guinness Brewery. Pable Picasso's full name was "Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Martyr Patricio Clito Ruiz y Picasso." In the movie "Scarface" the F-word is said 207 times which works out to an average of 1.22 times per minute. Last edited by OMGITSJAD; August 22, 2010 at 08:48:30 PM. Anyways, on-topic, this thread is so easy for me to spam. Despite being the creator of all modern YouTube Poops, I'D SAY HE'S HOT ON OUR TAIL is very different from the now common norm, relying heavily on YTP AIDS and unfunny jokes and scenarios. |

Here's some random Pokémon trivia from Bulbapedia:
-Generation V features the first Pokémon games named after colors since Generation I that are not remakes. -Isshu is the only main series game region not to have an "O" sound in its name. -With 152 moves, the Normal type has the most moves. -There are currently no Normal-type Pokémon with a double weakness (as nothing aside from Flying, Water, Grass, and Psychic has been paired with it). -Along with the Ground type, Fighting-type moves are super effective against the most Pokémon types: five. -As of Generation IV, the Fighting type is the only type that has not been paired with the Flying-type. In Sonic the hedgehog 2, there was going to be a zone called Cyber City Zone. It would be paired with Metropilois. Due to time restraingths, they had to take it out. But, they had one more act map they couldn't take out that was supposed to be Cyber City. They changed into a third act of Metropilois zone instead.(Sp?)

It takes eight minutes for light from the sun to reach the earth, so the sun could have gone out seven minutes ago, and we still wouldn't know for another minute.
Something moving at the speed of light could travel around the earth seven and a half times in just one second. It IS possible for someone to lick their elbow. Most people just don't have the flexibility to do it. The moon is slowly moving away from the earth. If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, it does make a sound. Humans are capable of echolocation, though it is very limited compared to that of a dolphin or a bat. |

If a tree falls in the forest, it creates a shockwave that can only be percepted as a sound when it reaches an ear. If no-one can hear it, it cannot make a sound. Jack Daniels died when he kicked a safe, causing a cut on his toe, which became infected, a fate that could've been avoided by pouring his own whiskey on his toe.
The track "Ridin' Solo" by Jason Derulo illegally samples "Bittersweet Symphony" by Verve, which ironically ALSO illegally samples "The Last Time" by the Andrew Oldham Orchestra. The guitar riff from "Devil's Haircut" by Beck was sampled from "I Can Only Give You Everything" by Them, but Beck had to replay the riff on his own guitar. |
