I need help with PO

[[TRDRS]PokeTrader]

I have got PO to work on my desktop but I want it to work on my laptop so I can play on it while I travel.

Here is the picture of what it says when I try and Go Online and select a server:


It keeps saying "Disconnected from the Registry: Permisson Denied" Does anyone know what this means and can please help me to get PO to work properly?

Well don't post to say that you CAN'T help me! I don't care about how you get it to work, I need someone that CAN help me and knows what to do!
