Game of the year: What have you seen?

Now, before ANY of you Mods or Admins say anything, this is not the same as "What game do you think deserves GotY?". This is different because this is discussion on what people have seen around the web or on the tv about what won GotY for different sites/shows.

From what I've seen around the web is mainly God of War 3 and Halo: Reach have high probability of winning GotY on a few sites. I have also seen Dead Space and even Alan Wake.

Most of the ones above have been nominees, but I have seen one place already name it's GotY. That would be Time magazine, and they named Alan Wake as their GotY.

So... what have you people seen?
