Arena Description: The Third Anomaly
The Third Anomaly is, as its name suggests, an Anomaly. Arceus only knows how the battlers got there or how they'll get out, but such is the way of the universe. Also unknown is how anyone can see, being as there are no visible light sources, but it is as bright as a typical midsummers midday. It is, at least to begin with, an infinitely large plain white platform floating in nothing. As the battle goes on, however, that platform changes to whatever is required by the battle - if, for example, there is a fish Pokémon on the field, there will be a large pond to swim in. There will be air for everyone can breathe. If Sandstorm is used, sand appears. And so forth. The gravity there is only half of Earth's, so each Pokémon is only half as heavy for things like Grass Knot. This also removes any energy cost that Flyers or Hoverers would need to fly or hover, be they Inherently or Consentually.

The most important effect of this Anomaly is that at the end of each round, both Pokémon in battle will have their moveset and ability replaced with that of another Pokémon. This can be any Pokémon in existence, including Legendaries. Also, the Pokémon are dazed and confused after this change, so as soon as the first round is complete and the first change has taken place, the Pokémon can't listen to any commands and their moves are selected randomly, similar to Sleep Talk.

Another of the major effects of the Third Anomaly is that at the end of every round, at the same time as the changes, both battlers' energy is restored to 100%. Not infinite energy, note, so if a Pokémon uses incredibly energy-intensive moves, it could, at least in theory, faint from energy loss. As though to compensate for this, if a healing move is used, it will fail.

The last effect of note is that at the beginning of every third round, a random object will appear. Any object, from sardines to submarines, and they can appear in any manner the ref wants. What they do is also entirely up to the ref. They vanish at the end of the round, again in a manner of the ref's choosing.

Okay, maybe I should have tried a Double Battle first, but it's too late for that, so let's jump right in--

Hreoth, you start by using Hypnosis on the Chinchou. Pspaaxtte, you use Shockwave, also on the Chinchou. Whoever gets there first, it doesn't particularly matter. Vaeliu, if anybody goes for you, use an offensive move-- Force Palm to the Houndoom. If nobody even looks at you, take advantage and use Foresight on the Scyther.

Note to teamplasma: Since triple battles are probably long and tedious for Shiny to ref, let's limit commands to one per pokemon, yeah? (By which I mean either an unconditional command, or an either/or command-- that is, if this happens use Move A, otherwise use move B)

Hreoth was the fastest and most experience their. It was his duty to teach these youngsters how to battle.
He started flapping his wings. He wanted to distract the others so he could put Eddy to sleep. He started straight into the Chinchou's eyes. His grew a dark purple as he started at Chinchou. Eddy tried to escape this staring contest, but he couldn't. He was growing sleepy, very sleepy.
(Hoothoot -4 Energy Eddy asleep for 5 turns)

Scyther started buzzing around Vaeliu. He was showing him his sharp blades, and how he was going to attack. Math took a step back, carefully looking at the Riolu. He brought up his left blade, sending it down at an azming speed, launching a large slash of air at Vaeliu. He tried to escape this attack, but he was hurt by it!
(Scyther: -6 Energy Riolu: -14 Health)

Eddy was snoozing off in the corner of the arena. He seemed cozy in his sleep, dreaming out the battle. He tried to charge up his energy, but he couldn't. He was in a deep sleep.
(Move failed, Pokemon asleep; Sleep lasts 4 more turns.)

Olla started forming a light, blue flame from her mouth. This flame was incredibly hot, and you could burn yourself without even touching it!
Soon another blue flame formed, and both of them were floating in the air.
They all headed towards Pspaaxtte, burning her fur!
(Houndour: -5 Energy Pichu: BURNED for 5 turns)

Riolu started running circles around Olla. He was going to get revenge for what she did on his fellow team mate. Vaeliu jumped up in the air, hopping over Olla.
Using his strong palm, he slapped Olla on her back with a strong force of strength!
(Riolu: -7 Energy Houndour: -9 Health)

Pichu was patiently waiting for her turn. Despite the harsh burn she suffered, she still kept up her good spirit.
She started storing a weak, electric force inside her body. She then launched it at the sleeping Chinchou, which was a perfect target!
but wait!
He just absorbed the attack. Thanks to his ability, the electricity healed him.

Huh?
The trainers said in unison as they watched a light gray cloud filling the room. They coughed and choked at this smoke. Suddenly, it disappeared, allowing the trainers to see their Pokemon.
But something weird had happened. They were unlike the Pokemon they had before. In fact, they had no similarities!
The two trainers stood there, shocked, as their Pokemon looked at each other in awe and confusion.

Hreoth, who was know a powerful, mystical Legendary Pokemon, was proud of what he transformed into. His ego boosted, making him feel like the king of the world.
He aimed towards a large, ghostly figure that was once Olla. Using his large skull, he rushed towards Olla, smashing his head, which was now as hard as steel, into her.
The attack hit hard, making Olla cringe and flinch.
Lugia: -5 Energy Dusknoir: -9 Health; FLINCHED

Math didn't like his new form one bit. He was an overweight bipedal crocodile. And he lost his ability to FLY!
He decided he'd take out his anger on the weakest opponent here: Ghastly.
He stared at Ghastly, screeching and howling like a hooligan!
Ghastly was utterly disturbed by this loud crocodile.

Eddy, who was previously an aquatic animal, was now transformed into a beaver. Despite the transformation, he was still sound asleep.
He tried to bring himself to awake, but he was left in the sleeping trance.
Bidoof: SLEEP for 3 more turns.

Olla, now a gargantuan reaper, was paralyzed on the field.
The previous attack she endured had caused her to flinch, making her unable to attack.
Dusknoir: FLINCHED

Vaeliu was now a floating orb of ghastly energy. He was trying to get the hang of his new body, as he was not adapted to moving without touching the ground.
Gastly found his opponent, a huge, ginormous reaper looking Pokemon. He was frightened of this Pokemon, but he knew he would have to tough up if he wanted his fellow team members to succeed.
His eyes grew a dark, purple as he flashed them at Olla. Ollatried to look away, but she was caught in the glance. Suddenly, Vaeliu's eyes grew larger than his body, sending a spooky shockwave down the Dusknoir's body.
Gastly: -7 Energy Dusknoir: -14 Health

Pspaaxtte was now a large, dark feline. She loved cats, and loved her transformation.
Knowing that she was the slowest one here and seeing as how she disliked fighting, she saw no need to attack. Instead, she decided to raise her lovely stats.
She brought herself into a deep thought provoking process. Her mind was filled with various cunning and nefarious thoughts on how to win this battle.
She snickered as she went through all of them, knowing that she would be the one to succeed.
