gym leaders go to meetings?

when i am going to chalenge a gym leader it say that all gym leaders have gone to a meeting.why?

Both of you, it is because the gym leaders have been taken out of the game, as there were some problems with them, as I can recall. They should be added in later releases, so don't worry.

The story isn't nearly complete yet. Currently none of the gyms work and you can only get up to Lavender Town. Hopefully within a few releases FreezeWarp will have working gyms and stuff finished. For now, though, you can only really adopt, trade and fight other people, and explore the map up to Lavender Town.
