I'd love to see an evolution of Skarmory or Sableye. Now that a lot of time has passed their designs look a tad boring.
A third evolution of Houndoom would be pretty cool too- something that looks like a more evil Devil Dog.

Says who? That's only in the phase before you get the National Dex. You'll probably get the ND after you beat the Elite 4 like in other games. It doesn't mean there won't be any evolutions. *Coughluvdiscevolvesintomamanbocough*

I actually made this a long time ago. And yes, I am aware that the sprite sucks Master Balls, but this was like the first one I ever made, before I like, actually knew how to do it.

Anyway, I say Jynx should get an evolution. The Magmar, Electabuzz, Jynx trio went disrupted in Gen. 4, when Magmar and Electabuzz left their good friend in the dust. Pinsir could also use one, for the same reason as above. Spinda is also fairly unused these days, so it could not hurt to give him some help. Maybe a giant panda Pokemon? That could work well. Finally, Tauros should get an evolution in the discussed Minotauros.

I think really good single pokemon should get pre-evo's, like Tropius and Spritiomb should get Pre-evo's.
