I'd love to see a NSMB game in 3D. : o

One question I do have: how can they make things pop out at you if it's a 2-D platformer? lol?

It'll have to be 2.5D.

If it's not and still things pop out of the screen, Nintendo may be the greatest master of 3D. :O

...And I think some of the Virtual Console games have 3D effects already. Not sure, though.

Anyways, I think it'll be a mix of Wario Land/Donkey Kong Country Returns.

Have you ever seen Wario Land for the Virtual Boy?

That was a sidescroller in 3D. It had stuff like big swinging balls that swung towards and away from the screen that you had to dodge, and parts when you jump into the background and play far away.

I'm still kind of on-the-fence on whether I really want to get a 3DS or not, but if they plan on doing another NSMB game, I'll be way more tempted to get one. I can't stay away from those games.

This was just revealed,. Nothing major news on it yet. Anyways, I am curious on what new power-ups they will add in. We had a peguin and helicopter like mushroom and even an ice flower. I can't wait to see if they could add in the mega mushroom. Although, please don't put it in bosses. It makes it very anticlimatic. (you know how easy the final boss can be
