Rumor- Wii U Virtual Console to come out on Tuesday?

So, apparently there's been this picture flying around the internet and it's been said to have been posted on the Big N's FB Page. I'll save you the trouble of looking it up and tell you that I have been unable to see this picture on the actual page, however I do have the image itself.

If you ask me, I'd say that it seems to be made by someone on some sort of fansite, which is where I first found the image- mynintendonews.com What do you guys think of this(unimportant and temporary) issue?

It's pretty clear the Virtual Console is coming to the Wii U. It's just a matter of when, and three days does sound like a valid time frame.

Silly Turtwig, most Wii U owners already know about that. It's a promotion-type-thingy for the Famicom's 30th anniversary where they sell a few NES games for 30 cents apiece. This is the entire VC we're talking about.

Aaaah. I wouldn't know, not getting a Wii U until August. Well elsewhere it said it was on some Wii U Nintendo Direct. It said by, mmm, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Oh, that, I already knew about that. We know for a fact that it's coming next week and it'll be a day after the software update. I'm just trying to find specific days.

Sorry to double post, but I think I have enough information to announce that the picture is accurate.
Evidence A: I was browsing through other sites to see if they were suffering the same difficulties, and I came across this screenshot:
(Apparently only Canadians were able to see the picture on Facebook, don't know why.)
Evidence B: On Nintendo's site's game section, they have excitebike up for the Digital Download section, and its release date has April 23rd. COINCIDENCE?! I think not.
