Default Ubuntu: Requires installation of untrusted packages

I'm trying to update my system, but I'm getting this notification. I've already encountered this when I was installing some programs in the software center, but I got around this by installing through the terminal.

Is there any way to disable this entirely? If I wanted to be babied I'd get a Mac.

May I recommend adding the keyring for the repository? Nearly every repository has them, from the LaunchPad ones to GetDeb.

Could you elaborate on how to do that?

What repositories have you enabled first of all?
