Re: Favorite movie
The Rise of Darkrai, Pokémon the Movie 2000, and Lucario & the Mystery of Mew are my top three.
The first movie was definitely targeted to children, as the plot was kept simple. It's obvious this was targeted to bring in the bulk of the fans. The second movie was the first "grown up" Pokémon movie, targeted slightly more towards the older fans, including world destruction as a major theme. To me, however, the third movie was a major letdown, missing a significant amount of plot development and falling somewhat short of expectations. At least it looked nice. The fourth also was missing a good amount on the plot, but contained a healthy amount of action. The fifth started pcking back up and putting the Pokémon spirit from the first movie back in. The sixth messed up again. I can't put my finger on what's wrong with this one, though. The seventh focused a bit more on the futuristic technology, obviously catering to the movie's plot. The eighth, though, is when the producers really got back into good script writing, as this movie is very well written, feels classic, yet also feels original. The ninth has a few flaw, but the plot reamins solid throughout. The tenth brought excitement back into the movies, with a solid plot based on my then-favorite movie. The eleventh, while missing something which I can't put my finger on, is a necessary sequel that doesn't disappoint. I haven't seen the twelfth yet. |

Re: Favorite movie
My favourite was the Movie 2000.
Then I missed LOADS and, out of the four movies I've seen, my second favourite is Giratina and the Sky Warrior (Lol, Shaymin was such an ass in that, and then Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. The only other movie I've seen is Mewtwo Strikes Back. |

I like Mewtwo Strikes Back, Pokemon 2000, and Lucario and the mystery of Mew. I hated Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea.(What the hell does that have to do with the main series. It's just a spin-off for pete sake!) It was a wierd movie. (Very wierd movie.)

My fave has always been Pokemon 2000. I good mix of action and story. Others I like are Pokemon 4 ever for the story aspect, I found it interesting and had a interesting twist or two, and Lucario and the mystery of Mew for similar reasons.
I never liked the 3rd movie, as a kid or now really, I have always found it boring compared to others lol. |

I don't remember much about the movies, but I gotta say the third one. It was forgettable, but it gave a new story to let newcomers understand as much as the old fans. The new movies, however, are really disappointing. I cant sit through a single new movie. They're just that bad.

I thought Pokemon The First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back was the best one. Had the best soundtrack and even though most of you say it was simple, it was the most ORIGINAL. Pokemon 2000 was alright, but I wouldn't pay to see it. I actually first saw Pokemon The First Movie in theaters when I was younger and it was packed in there.
My second favorite would have to be Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. However, I believe the way I portrayed this movie to be with my Fan Fiction of it, was better than how the movie actually turned out. It is still my second favorite. As for the others, didn't interest me much. Arceus' voice was terrible. Thought that it would sound more God-like. If I had to choose a third so I could have a Top Three, I'd have to go with either Pokemon 2000 because Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno and Lugia in one movie is possibly one of the greatest things we could have ever hoped to see. Too bad the plot for it wasn't electrifying. I'd like to see a Ho-Oh versus Lugia movie though to be honest. With Entei, Suicune, and Raikou following Ho-Oh to face off against Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres who would be behind Lugia. It would be interesting to see how that would turn out. Makes me want to make a Fan Fiction about it... man, why does that word keep coming up? ;P |

1. Mewtwo Strikes Back - All the clone Pokemon and the battling was good. I liked the slapping Pikachus too 8D
2. Lucario and the Mystery of Mew - It had a goo storyline to me and it was pretty awesome 3. Destiny Deoxys - I liked how it looked all futuristic and it made me like Rayquaza even more 4. Pokemon Heroes - I don't know why but I really liked it |

Heroes has my sweetie in it, of course it's my favorite ♥
Destiny Deoxys was great until the cube-bots taking over everything part. Filler much? To be honest, half of the movies I've watched half of, then got bored and turned the TV off. Temple of the Sea is one of the exceptions, as although it isn't my favorite, it was a pretty good movie along with Heroes and Deoxys. |

Pokemon Heroes - Guardian Gods of the City of Water: Latias and Latios
The soundtrack is amazing, and so is the art. I also like Altomare a lot, it has such beautiful scenery. The villains were also badasses. And the scenes are unforgettable. The final music, Hitoribocchijanai, is awesome, and have a deep conection to the storyline. It made me feel kinda sad, kinda happy. It was a good movie. |
