Who did not receive Victory News Issue #4?
It seems that while sending Victory News through a mass PM, an error occurred, which resulted in some members not receiving the latest issue of Victory News. With the approval of Cat333Pokemon, if anyone hasn't received April's issue, please post here so we are notified about it, and are able to send it to you.

I guess the people with lower user IDs got two while the people with higher IDs got none (I got two).

Maybe staff got at least one, regardless of when they signed up; members with lower user ID's (including staff) got two, and members who were non-staff and signed up more recently didn't get it at all.
Though I don't really see how knowing that could help to fix this :v |

Closing thread because the issue has been identified and discussed. Either the issue will be re-sent at the end of May (separate from this month's issue), or the two will be combined together and sent at the end of May.
