(This poem is a collab between Lucaria and I. I loved working with her. :3)
Dear Society
Who do you think you are?
Do you think I should be judged by the color of my skin and not the content of my thoughts?
I feel rage and discrimination, regret and humiliation...
No freedom of speech, no freedom of affiliation...
I cannot go on, with this feeling that I am inferior to your higher power.
A dark sense of desolation, that rises more and more with each passing hour.
In the past, I had always felt equal. Now... I am nothing to anyone.
The eyes of prejudice that had followed me pressed on my shoulders with the equivalent of a ton.
I will fight back; I will rebel. I will withstand the lowest, darkest hell.
For the future of the common good, to resist your cold intentions, truly ruthless and fell.
You, I say, are nothing but work of the devil. To me you shall always belong at a lower level.
Society, you may think you are a God, but to us all, you represent nothing but a fraud.
