Your desktop Pic isn't showing for me. Try using the attachments feature. To use it you can either go to "Go Advanced" and click the paper clip (by the smiley). The other thing is that you could scroll down to the "Additional Options" And click manage attachments.

Seiji's Desktop, August 20, 2012
Yep, my Mac's running Windows 7 in Boot Camp. I figure that it's for the better if I'm planning on getting a Windows-based laptop in the future. Media player shown is WinAmp 5 with the S7Reflex skin, and on the taskbar, a Vista-inspired icon set for Nullsoft Tray Controller. Please PM me if you're interested in obtaining my schematic diagram wallpaper. Last edited by Seiji J. Konokama; August 20, 2012 at 02:56:39 PM. Reason: Formatting |

two images of the same desktop with two of my backgrounds. the other two are an armored kill promo screenshot of BF3 and the next one is 3D render-type thing of donkey kong, these swap once an hour.
I barely ever use desktop icons but it doesn't really look like it with 20+ icons on it. Mostly use it for something like Diablo 3 where i'm not very interested in the game but it recently came out in a free-til-level X deal I think so I just left it there in case I ever want to download it in the background but don't want to look through all my files to find it. Or for games I know I play a bunch, but I still use Steam to run them anyway by habit. The random red number in the taskbar is a GPU temperature monitor btw. Actually, that's Black Rock Shooter.
Anyways, here's my desktop. At the moment, I have ~200 wallpapers that cycle every 10 seconds. I have the taskbar set to auto-hide, so that's why that's not there. Also, inb4 Nis gets mad at my icons and my unwillingness to change from the default Rainmeter skin. |

Why yes, this is a pony wallpaper and yes it's my favorite Pony: Queen Chrysalis~ <3 Wonder how long I can last with it until I change my wallpaper again. I like to do that quite often. I think I should acquire a few widgets though...
So much desktop space

Time for Ookami/Wulf to show off his new desktop again with nice icons. Oh, the wallpaper is a borrowed background but the wolf standing there is my own character. There's a story behind that picture on another site elsewhere which I uploaded to the original without the Windows shell.

One Jex-tastic Background
My latest avatar on Second Life: a Jex named Xaldin Kiyoteri.
I really don't know much about Jexes, to be honest. And yes, the name is definitely a Kingdom Hearts reference. Last edited by Seiji J. Konokama; December 10, 2012 at 10:20:26 AM. |

I'm still using Windows XP, only because it's easier on my dual-core CPU than Windows 7. I also have some games and other utilities that won't work at all under Windows 7, but they run like a champ under Windows XP.
The theme I'm using is known as Royale Zune, which is a lot nicer-looking than the default XP theme. |

I'm still deciding what to do with WildTangent. Everything else is a keeper, aside from Google Toolbar. Norton 360 installation files were provided by yours truly, straight off Symantec, cause I'm using my account with 2 unused installs. I kinda like how modern OEM laptops come feature-complete out-of-the-box with protection. Last edited by Twiggy; December 18, 2012 at 02:38:30 AM. |

Seiji's Desktop, 1-15-2013
I just recently found a freeware utility called RKLauncher, which gives you a dock similar to the one in Mac OS X, and I thought I'd give you a pictorial example while showing off my latest desktop picture. RKLauncher is shown on the left side of the screenshot:
I also have no idea why my Desktop Stuff folder is selected... XD Last edited by Seiji J. Konokama; January 15, 2013 at 11:57:28 AM. |

I officially now cannot look at my desktop with a straight face. Tidus, what are you doing?! And OH GAWD TWO OF THEM?!?!? This is insanity~ Also, trying Rainmeter out again. On this janky thing. Hopefully it won't kill my laptop further than it is already.
Look at your own risk of sanity

Due to stability issues with Second Life in Windows XP, I've since switched back to Mac OS X.
This is one of my favorite avatar/outfit combinations: a jex with an appropriately color-matched noble outfit. And yes, I have managed to install Mac OS X on my 16 GB thumb drive, aptly called "Recovery Stick," so I don't stress out the DVD burner while running DiskWarrior. Last edited by Seiji J. Made my own desktop wallpaper in an HD resolution. However, my knowledge of proper compression or something has distorted it to have many JPEG artifacts while being used as the desktop background. I'll have to find a way to tweak that.

Dual-screen wallpaper that actually works on my desktop after I edited it to do so. Which is a little annoying with two different width of monitors. x3 Even better yet that my favorite of these two is on my main laptop monitor.

I'm still quite a ways from getting a newer laptop, but my MacBook is still hanging in there. With that in mind, I was looking for some night city pictures for use as wallpaper, when I stumbled across this neat-looking snapshot of a fully-lit airport tarmac:
Yes, I know I'm quite a bit lacking in total drive space among two 16-GB drives, and here's why: About a month ago, I suffered hard drive failure (ouch! X.X), which left me with a USB-based alternative: starting up via a spare 16 GB thumb drive. It's a bit sluggish and laggy when compared to a typical hard drive installation, but if it works, then that's what matters most. In the picture, "Raiden" is my startup disk on a flash drive, and "Cerberus" is my secondary storage disk on an SDHC card. |

Is this thread still alive? No? Well let me get my AED (automated external defibrillator).
So I finally got around to posting a desktop picture from my 3-month-old Lenovo laptop, and a very cool looking desktop at that. I'm sure that any of my fellow Okami fans would appreciate it. :3 |

Here's a little bit of a Photoshop project I've been working on as of lately, where I've taken a silhouette of my fox avatar on Second Life and turned it into what looks like a print ad for the iPod, circa 2004. Last edited by Seiji J. Konokama; March 16, 2015 at 08:25:56 PM. |

I haven't been here for a while, but here is my current one. This is something I made over the past few days using Source Filmmaker and Paint.net. It's for a Pixelmon server I staff. The models represent the current owners and most of the active staff while the spirit Cobalion and Virizion represent the founders, who decided to walk away earlier this year. The wording is the server name sign on our server. (No IP/website URL will be given unless okay'd by one of the staff here.) I am the Haxorus. If anyone wants this image, I can make it available somewhere.
EDIT: The image has been updated with another staff member being added as a Pachirisu. I am uploading the base image this time as a high quality bitmap for those who want it. Last edited by isbragg; April 2, 2015 at 07:11:01 PM. Reason: Forgot the desktop, oops! |

One more for the Mac Collection...
Showing off my iMac's new arctic fox wallpaper, at a whopping 2560x1440 pixels. The "VirtualHD" in the picture is just a folder I've set aside for use as a shared folder for Oracle VirtualBox. Makes things easy for when I exchange files between Mac OS X and virtualized Windows 7.
Menus found on the menu bar (from left to right): 1. Avast Mac Security 2015 2. smcFanControl - A free utility that lets you adjust the minimum fan speed on any Intel Mac. 3. Caffeine - A menu bar toggle that prevents/allows automatic standby. Available on Mac App Store for free. 4. Dropbox 5. Stock Mac OS X menu items It's so fluffy I'm gonna die! Last edited by Seiji J. So I see I'm not the only one who (1) does not have their task bar at the bottom of the screen, (2) uses a green theme and (3) does email with Thunderbird . . . weird.
Also I have three tile spaces left on my smaller screen. Oh no. |
