Default Dexter's Rude Removal

For those of you who don't know there has been a long lost episode of Dexter's Laboratory, that's been only made exclusively for the staff and one private convention, for it's disturbing language it's been long thought to be a myth because it's so rare until today.

It's pretty harmless aside from the swearing, which is already censored it's worth checking out though.

I still can't believe this actually exists. Kudos to [adult swim] and Genndy Tartakovsky for finally bringing it to the public.

I'll have to check it out later. The concept of a lot of censored swearing on a cartoon for kids reminds me of one particular episode of SpongeBob SquarePants.

Watched it, was pretty neat.
Is it bad that I found myself expecting a little... well, more, though? Maybe I've just become a tad too dulled to casual swearing over the years, haha.

Hm, not that bad. I guess the aforementioned SpongeBob episode desensitized me to it.

There was also the episode of Arthur that was titled "Bleep" where characters said bleeped out words. It tried to be educational about swearing, which is why such an episode exists. But it was still weird seeing kid-portraying characters say censored swearing on a kids' show.

I wonder if people saw this and thought by the title it would be about the other Dexter.

Yep, that was me. I just really wasn't expecting it to be THIS Dexter. I've heard about this episode before and I've tried to find something on it, but I thought it was erased from history. Surprising that it still exists, but it does remind me of that sailor mouth SpongeBob episode.

The Angry Beavers did it all the time with "spoot".

The only off-color thing I notice from this episode that might have prevented it from airing is Dexter mooning and a few instances of flipping the bird.
