I was going through some files on my computer, and I found something I completely forgot I had: 3D models from PokéPark Wii. While viewing them, I found something interesting. If you open one model and then load an animation of another model it takes the textures from the first model and places it on the body of the second one, gives some very funny results:
Want to try this yourself? Of course you do, why would I ask such a silly thing? I've attached a .zip with two folders. "brresviewer" contains the program "brresviewerv4.exe" which is what you use to view the 3D models. Once you start it, you'll get a box on the left named "Files". Go to File-Open and bring in your first Pokémon. Once it is loaded, you will see a bunch of sub-items. Open up the two Pokémon to fuse. First, select the Pokémon you want to use the textures for. Select the model name (most are their Japanese name) from the "3DModels(NW4R)" submenu from the Pokémon. To apply it to the 2nd Pokémon, click one of the animations from their "AnmChr(NW4R)" sub-menu (I usually use RandomAct or Wait so they stay still).
Now share whatever funny/horrible abominations you come up with!
(And obviously you can use this just to view all the regular Pokémon animations from PokéPark Wii, pretty cool in and of itself).
EDIT: I found the models from PokéPark 2, I'm attaching these in 2 zips since it keeps timing out 2/3 of the way through the upload of all of them together. These allow you to play with 5th gen Pokémon.
