Looks pretty good to me, make sure you EV them! Movesets look good to me, but if a certain Pokemon's Sp. Atk is higher than Atk, try to give them Special moves instead of physical moves.
For Lucario, his Sp. Atk and Atk are quite even so I'll suggest these moves: - Aura Sphere/Close Combat - Dragon Pulse - Extremespeed - Dark Pulse And yeah.. I'm sorta new to competitive battling so I might not be the best guy to listen to. But that moveset is probably what I would use. |

Hi! Sorry tell you this, Blue Umbreon, but you'll never win against a good battler with a team like that.
You don't have EVs, you don't have items, you didn't list your Pokemon's natures, and you don't even have 6 Pokemon. Also, a lot of your movesets are really bad. Wi-Fi battling is much more serious than in-game battling and if you don't properly train your Pokemon, you won't do well. But there's plenty of help available and everyone has to start somewhere. My first question would be: Do you know how to EV train? Last edited by aragornbird; May 10, 2010 at 01:12:18 PM. |

I would EV that Lucario in Special Attack and Speed, then teach it Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Vacuum Wave, and another powerful special move. |

Sorry, but it is kinda hard to help clean up this team. The sets you gave are not great, and it's not easy to tell what kind of energy you want this team to have. None of these sets really work competitively, and like Aragorn said you are missing lots of key stuff. I can't suggest anything either because many Pokemon can do different things based on what is needed. (Umbreon can be a bulky beast with Curse and Wish, or Baton Pass a Mean Look.)
I would suggest checking out sites like Smogon to look at movesets, and how to make a team competitively, since literally none of the Pokemon here (except Torterra) has moves that should ever be used. And Torterra has only Earthquake and Stealth Rock. Sorry for sounding mean, but the competitive metagame is rather air-tight so to speak, and thus it must be researched to keep up in it. |

You can't teach someone to run if they don't even know how to walk. Okay blueumbreon, if you do know how to EV train, then you need to tell us your Pokemon's EVs. Badly EVed trained Pokemon are one of the reasons you are losing so much. You also need to tell us your Pokemon's natures, abilities, and items (yes, everyone should have an item). Hmmm...
The first thing you should do is go to a site to learn about EVs. Then find a list of nature and their effect on a pokemon. Next check different lists of pokemon and their stats. Once you have all that together, prepare for an EV train(im sure there's a topic somewhere on this site about EV training) |

Mate go to Serebii, Smogon and read everything you can on EV's, IV's, Natures, all of it! It will take you a couple of weeks to understand everything. I'm still learning now but luckily i had a group of mates to teach me, read those sites from head to toe and you will be fine.
