I can't access Floatzel.Net
...Because ispCP Omega thinks it's chat.victoryroad.net. The page says this:

Usually it just won't load for me, but occasionally (like now) I get the chance to visit. It is apparent that most others don't experience this, because there are tons of new posts. Next time it fails I'll try to copy it down.
