For those of you who will be getting Pokémon Black/White, there is going to be an event for the elusive Pokémon Victini. Starting from the day of release (March 4th) until April 10th, connecting to Wi-Fi will allow you to gain the Liberty Pass ticket which will in turn allow you to catch your own Victini~~Bot~~.

Actually, DS works with WEP only and not with WAP.

Actually, recent games on the DSi can use WEP as well. So, on B&W WPA works with DSi or 3DS.

DSi games. Though I'd love some confirmation for the WPA, but I don't use it much so meh. I can't wait to catch a Victini Bot!

This is great news. The thing is, when does the Mystery Gift option become available in the game? I heard it's not immediately accessible at the beginning.

YESS. I LOVE YOU NINTENDO (OR GAMEFREAK, WHICHEVER ONE MADE THIS EVENT).

Couldnt get a Victini in Japanese Black, at least I'll be able to get one in English Black.

Why not? That was a Wi-Fi event as well.

Well lets just say I was a little too late by the time I found out :/

Edit: Also, I read the post on the GoNintendo website, where does it say its exclusively for North America?
